- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A session deposit of 50% is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable (there are a few exceptions to this rule) and the remaining balance is due prior to the start of your shoot. My clients typically pay via an online invoice emailed directly to you but I also accept cash and checks.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After filling out a new client form we can schedule your consultation (I would love to treat you to coffee!) and start planning your session. All of my sessions are custom and getting to know my clients helps me capture their unique personalities!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Photography is a practice. Technology is constantly evolving and it is so important to keep up with the changes! Fortunately, there are constantly new classes and seminars being offered online!
