I love planning my sessions almost as much as I love seeing a clients reaction when they see their images for the first time! Getting to know my clients is really a highlight of my work. Sarah Buchanan took my engagement and maternity pictures. Working with her was a blast and worry free. She chose some amazing locations to take the picture that really were ideal for what I wanted. My favorite thing about working with Sarah would be how much fun she made it to take the pictures. We were laughing and having a great time from start to finish. Sarah sent me my entire gallery of pictures in no time and I couldn't of been more satisfied. The quality was definitely set at a professional level and she was able to capture the exact look I was looking for. The only problem I had was having after viewing my pictures was wanting to frame literally every single one! I highly recommend Sarah Buchanan to anyone looking for a professional photographer and will undoubtedly be using her again in the future.

FAQs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A session deposit of 50% is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable (there are a few exceptions to this rule) and the remaining balance is due prior to the start of your shoot. My clients typically pay via an online invoice emailed directly to you but I also accept cash and checks.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After filling out a new client form we can schedule your consultation (I would love to treat you to coffee!) and start planning your session. All of my sessions are custom and getting to know my clients helps me capture their unique personalities!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Photography is a practice. Technology is constantly evolving and it is so important to keep up with the changes! Fortunately, there are constantly new classes and seminars being offered online!
