Introduction: People who pass away without an estate plan leave their family exposed to significant legal and financial dangers. Those with children are especially in danger since their children could be ordered to live with people that are not fit to raise them. I counsel my clients and prepare their estate plan so their wishes are respected and at the same time, the surviving family members are protected from dangers. My estate planning practice focuses on me being a lifelong legal adviser to my clients and ensuring the legacy they want to leave behind is protected for the next generation. As a father, my job is to take care of and protect my son. My estate plan will care for him and protect him if something were to happen to my wife and me. My son has brought me the awareness that planning is something that you do for the people you love the most.
