Billy and the Modest Construction team did a great job on our roof repair. They were flexible to deal with the weather and once it cleared they took care of the issue and made sure things were done right. Would definitely use them again.

Billy fixes leaks on multiple locations on the roof and went extra mile fixing part of damaged wall, with modest price. He is very responsive, on time, and works hard (finished job in the same day until late afternoon). Highly recommended.
