Gus did a phenomenal job on laminating my Kitchen floor! I checked out his firm’s website, loved his work so I gave him a call and we hit it off right away. We talked on Friday…he began the job on Saturday! If thumbtack allowed me to include Responsiveness and Punctuality I would have definitely selected them. I’ve got a few projects in the the pipeline. Hopefully, we’ll work together again.

I am doing a 4500 sqft commercial space with Reform Renovation. My experience with Gus and his team have been great. The communication is his strength, always letting me know what is happening and what to expect. Also the attention to detail is top notch, seeing every little detail that missed. Now pricing is middle ground, not the highest priced contractor, but not the lowest. I've done the lowest before and you get what you pay for. Gus does a great job planning and executing the job. Very happy and will us his services for all my construction needs.

The Pricing it is not considered to be cheapest nor the most expensive it is price to reflect good quality work on a timely manner as well very responsible we pay attention to detail and listen to the customers wants and needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The Typical process to work with a new customer is first step we schedule an onsite visit to take a look at the project so we can give an accurate estimate. As well as get to know the customers' expectations. Once we have established expectations wants and needs, we will draw up an estimate that breaks down pricing, Contractor profit, Contractor Overhead. Once the customers approve the estimate, we will draw up a contract and go over pricing Schedule, scope of work, and progress payments.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing Remodeling for over 20 Years. We have remodeled everything and anything you can think of to a house. We are license through the state of California and carry Liability insurance as well as a Bond.
