Alex is great at communicating his capabilities, availabilities, and needs. He kept my family and me in the loop about arrival times and precisely what was to be expected. He showed up when he said he would and after some clarification of need, he immediately began work. All was handled the way I needed it to be. My yard’s weed issue had gotten out of hand, but he cleared them out and did the hard work of getting the deep roots taken care of as well. Not only did he tackle the immediate issues, but I could tell he has a strong attention to detail. Everything was cleaned up and he even hit up areas I hadn’t even considered. We are still in touch about when he can continue helping our yard stay beautiful! It’s very rare to find someone who cares as much as Alex does. We appreciate his proactivity and willingness to go the extra mile. Thank you for the good work!

Alex said he could do the work after I sent pictures of the job to be done. After wanting to hire him. He responded with no chainsaw or wheel barrel. Every time he would get close to coming he would have some type of reason he couldn’t do the job. He had scheduled with me today around 4pm. The last straw for me was he was working hours away and wanted to use my tools wheelbarrow. Do not hire he has to many reason why he can’t work!

I am in disbelief, the audacity. I agreed to do the job 1-1/2 hrs away for a gift price of $160. I did not say when I would. You suddenly asked if I could do it by Wednesday. I was going to do it late today. With such a low price I didn’t want to bring a trailer or wheel barrow if I didn’t need to. I was trying to bring only a truck to haul dirt away. No chain saw necessary. I offered to cut the tree that you were working on. I stated my chainsaw is in the shop, I was going to rent one until you said you would take care of it. I stated do you have a wheelbarrow that I can use?, otherwise I have to go get mine. Being that I do not have it with me. I am in San Jose and was going this evening, until you cancelled and said if I wanted to stay in business that I shouldn’t take on anything I can’t handle. Which is a rude statement being that I was leaving San Jose @ 2:00 and headed your way to Sacramento. Address was not even divulged yet
