Bel was pretty good at responding to emails and tailoring the design as we worked through suggestions, and I was quite satisfied with the end product. I paid $125 for a basic logo and she went through three iterations to help get it right. I think that Bel could have been a bit more responsive towards the end, but overall, a good experience.
