About
Hi! If your goal is to tone up, get leaner, get stronger and feel confident in your body, I can help you do it from home. I train women only, and I come directly to you, or you can come to my house to train if you prefer. I teach women how to get strong, sculpted and athletic (without any bulk) with simple equipment and training that actually works, no gym necessary.
I am a double certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist (NCSF CPT and TBMM CES). My coaching style is direct, energetic and results oriented. I focus on strength, clean form and smart programming, incorporating mobility, stretching, and some Pilates mat work, so you see real changes in how you look and how you feel.
I begin every program by looking at how your body moves and addressing any pain or imbalances. From there, I build a personalized strength plan that tones, tightens and leans out your body while improving core stability, muscle balance, glute strength and overall performance. My sessions are challenging and fun, and I check in consistently so you stay accountable and keep progressing.
I spent many years as a competitive athlete and marathoner before shifting fully into strength training after repeated injuries. Strength work rebuilt my body and made me stronger now than I ever felt as a younger athlete. That experience shapes how I train women now. You train with a clear plan, proper form and a focus on long-term results you can see and feel.

She explained everything in a way that felt approachable, gave me a plan that actually made sense, and that I could easily follow, and never made me feel judged. Shanna was awesome, super knowledgeable, and created effective workouts for me that were a mix of weights, Pilates & mobility. WOW — training with Shanna has completely changed my life!! I started out wanting to lose some weight, feel stronger, and more confident in my body, and the results have been great.
