- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have standard pricing systems. Our payment plans are tailored to our clients, and we are willing and able to work with all types of financial situations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer free initial consultations either over the phone or in the office. Clients can call or e-mail to set up an initial appointment. At the initial consultation, we discuss the client's concerns and goals, and begin to form a personalized legal strategy that will help them achieve their goals and address their concerns. After we have discussed a general strategy, we talk about the client's financial situation, and work out a flexible, personalized plan for payment of the legal fees and costs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a hands-on practitioner since my very first day becoming a licensed attorney. My practice has been primarily devoted to family and criminal law cases.
