Sergey was awesome investigating a breaker issue with an old panel at my place. Followed-up with a detailed proposal for panel replacement as well which I forwarded to my landlord. I hope to work with him on this project once the landlord approves this project.

Really great experience with ELC Contactor from the moment we requested for a quote to the job completion.
They are responsive, very knowledgeable and did a great job installing our universal Tesla wall charger, wiring 4+ new outlets, installing and getting power to our exterior security cameras, and installing a our house number sign along with a timer.
Sam is truly a master of his trade, honest and has good quality of work.
Highly recommend, and would love to work with them again for future electrical needs.

My professional consulted on my request for an additional outlet, gave me my options. He was honest about cost/benefit. I asked him to check a couple of non-functioning outdoor outlets, gave me the cost and replaced both. I also asked him to check the wiring for my garage and was able to get the electronic garage door opener working. He was efficient and professional in is manner. I would definitely hire him again for other electrical projects

Dennis did a wonderful job installing two new outlets in our bathrooms and replacing about a dozen recessed lights and patching up any discrepancy in hole sizes. He came out in the evening to asses the job and give a quote and immediately installed more than half the lights and came another day to finish the remaining lights and install the outlets. Communication was excellent from the onset and prices very reasonable! Would highly recommend!

Our pricing is based on the scope and complexity of each project. We do not charge by the hour — we provide a fixed project price that remains the same regardless of the number of hours required to complete the work. Our estimate visit is $90 and includes up to 30 minutes of troubleshooting, discussing the best solution for your electrical needs, and providing an accurate estimate based on your specific project. The $90 estimate fee is waived if you hire us for the project. We also offer free estimate visits for EV charger installations and electrical panel upgrades — no estimate visit fee applies to these projects. You’ll know the cost before the work begins, with no surprises.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by discussing your project and electrical needs to better understand the scope of work. Depending on the project, we may ask for photos or additional details. To provide an accurate estimate, we typically start with an on-site assessment. Our electrician evaluates the existing electrical system, discusses the best solution with you, and provides a clear project estimate. Once the estimate is approved, we schedule the work and, when required, handle the permit and inspection process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have professional education and training as an electrical technician, along with extensive hands-on experience in residential and commercial electrical work. I am a California C-10 licensed electrical contractor and a SPAN Certified Installer for smart electrical panels. My experience includes panel upgrades, EV charger installations, wiring, troubleshooting, and other code-compliant electrical installations. I also continue to stay current with electrical codes, safety requirements, and new technologies in the industry.
