Emigdio, owner of Pristine Countertop, was great. I had a relatively simple BBQ island countertop project and was happy to connect with Emigdio. From the first contact, Emigdio was straightforward and professional. He responded to messages right away and did not waste any time. We were impressed that he made a template of our countertop to assure that he would fabricate our countertop the right way the first time. We selected a Dekton countertop which some fabricators don’t like to handle because it is harder to fabricate because it may crack if not handled properly. Emigdio and his employee did an excellent job fabricating and installing our Dekton countertop. We learned that he has been installingcountertops for about 15 years and learned from his father. We recommend Emigdio and Pristine Countertop for any countertop project you may have!

Emigdio and his team help us installing the countertop in new Kitchen. From the moment I reached out for the quote, he provided very detailed responses answering all my questions. On the day of installation, we had an issue with the cabinet leveling, and Emigdio was transparent about the challenge and gave us the advise on how to fix it. Awesome guys. Came in cheaper than the other couple of bids, but the work was immaculate. I had an entire wall done around a window and the backsplash behind the stove going up all the way to the ceiling, as well as waterfall counters. The counters and walls look amazing and the ceiling only had one tiny scuff to touch up. That’s very impressive given the difficulty of the project…I am super happy with these guys!

Emilio and his father Florentino were very professional. They do quality work with attention to the smallest details. When our slab was delivered, Emilio noticed problems. They were not book ends (needed for our waterfall edges) and there were cracks. Emilio took time out of his busy schedule to meet us and assist with the correct slabs. The day of installation, they did what it took to complete the one project, our island and the countertops. They scheduled another day to do the backsplash and ensure the veining matched. We are very happy with their work and would recommend them. They are pristine, living up to their name! Michael and Jackie
