- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give straight forward fair pricing. If you find a lower price, you are assuredly getting a lower quality of service, but we would love the opportunity to price match.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to educate customers on the pros and cons of paying out of pocket verse using insurance. While auto glass replacements seem straight forward, there are a lot of safety issues and warranties which are critical to understand.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are the only Auto Glass Safety Council certified shop on the SF Peninsula. Additionally, we are certified both with Dupont and Sika which ensures we use their products safely (for you) and appropriately.
