I asked him to remove security bars by making a few cuts which takes/took less than 20 minutes.originally quoted me $85/hr over messaging and I had photos that were pretty clear. He comes over charges me $170 because says removing it was dangerous work which I knew it really wasn’t too dangerous, IF I had the tools. Also needed it done asap. So if it weren’t for the time crunch and me not having the tools, I would have turned him away and did it myself. It only took him not even 15 minutes.
