Olivia is great! Finding the motivation to exercise amidst a pandemic is tough on your own, but Olivia was incredibly accommodating in every way. She breezily worked around my intense work schedule and encouraged me when I was being too critical about my performance. Throughout our workout, she gave me tips and alternatives if she saw me faltering and she put a lot of thought into answering the oddly specific and random workout/health questions I had. I felt comfortable setting realistic goals with her and I really appreciated that she was willing to start me off slowly so I wouldn't overexert myself, which I definitely would have done without the right personal trainer. It was an added bonus that she was willing to meet virtually and I'm already planning on booking in-person sessions post-pandemic. For once in my life, I didn't look at the time at all while working out and I can't wait for our next session!

    I do discounts for packages and monthly payments! If you have questions about pricing just ask 🙌🏼

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    During our first session I get to know the customer and their fitness goals better, measure their current fitness level, and make sure that we do not over or under train. After the first session I will be able to provide detailed and customized workouts for the individual and their goals as well as some nutrition tips to follow to help them achieve their best results.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am certified through NCSF, PTA, and have my CPR/AED certification. I have experience through about 10 years of training and lifting for competitive sports including Olympic style weight training for USA beach volleyball. For the last 5 years since I stopped playing volleyball I have experience through working out with my own trainer and studying fitness and nutrition.
