The technician that was sent replaced my hoses on my washing machine. Then for an extra charge, he installed the gas line to the dryer. Only issue was that he didn't introduce himself upon arrival, and he tried to over charge me for the job. Thankfully, he was willing to negotiate the price down to where we met in the middle.

Our outside air conditioner unit was running but no cold air was being blown out the vents. Pavel diagnosed the problem as a faulty blower motor. He replaced the motor and we started getting cold air again. It was great that Pavel explained exactly what the problem was and recommended just fixing the motor opposed to replacing the furnace. Pavel seemed very knowledgeable and solved the problem quickly. I would highly recommend Pavel.
