Linda was our immigration lawyer for my husband’s green card AND for my stepdaughters green card application process, both with passports from West Africa. My husband’s case was complicated, as he was working on a North American artist tour and his status was atypical (p1 visa that expired but his employer issued a petition of employment so he was still technically legal) at the time of our application. Linda actually had to help his employer fix the technical issue with that petition before we were able to submit his application. She worked all hours until the problem was fixed, and I couldn’t have asked for a more loyal person or a better outcome. We hired Linda in July 2016 and he had his green card by February 2017. We sent the application for my husband’s daughter to come to the United States in March 2017, and my petition application was already approved and she should be here in a couple more months! Linda has helped us so much and I highly recommend her for any immigration litigation. Furthermore, her prices were the most reasonable out of all the places I spoke with in the entire San Diego county. I couldn’t be more satisfied.
