- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on the scope of work, number of people being trained, and the total amount of training/coaching hours. We bill on a monthly basis with 6 month - 1 year contracts. We give discounts based on the size of the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For over 20 years Consilio has used this proven 5 step project engagement process to create sustainable success with our clients. 1. Vision/kick off meeting -This 90 minute meeting lays the foundation for the partnership. 2. Discovery -Consilio does a deep dive to learn about our clients unique situation -Key deliverable is a Discovery Summary Document that lays out Consilio's recommendations and project plan. 3. Development -Consilio develops all the customized processes, tools, manuals, job aids, scenarios, and client specific practice portal. 4. Delivery -Here is where the magic happens. Consilio's trainings are interactive, fast paced and practice oriented. Here is where we move people from Verbal Knowledge (knowing what to say), to Verbal Skill (being able to say it out loud). 5. Sustainability & Scalability -To make training and coaching part of the organization's communicational DNA, we utilize the Consilio Practice Portal, along with small group and 1:1 coaching.

G.A. and members of his team all have polished degrees in Leadership, Psychology, and related areas of expertise. All our DISC and several other assessments certified, G.A. also sits on UCLA's School of entrepreneurship.
