Experienced employee Vlad has been working on air conditioning units for 16 years, despite his youthful appearance. He arrived and immediately started testing components of my a/c and heating equipment, and explained what was faulty and why my a/c wasn't working. I have great confidence in him and would be happy for him to evaluate my equipment and make recommendations and provide estimates again. Two other employees did the work of dismantling the broken a/c unit and replacing the heating unit with a more efficient one. They were very efficient and worked hard to dismantle old systems and install new ones in one day. I am very happy with the work that they did.

Great experience with Right Way Air & Heating! My tenant called and said there was an issue with the AC. I contacted Right Way Air & Heating and they sent Zhenis out the next day to take a look. Zhenis communicated directly with my tenant, did the diagnosis, was courteous, called me to explain the findings and gave me options to consider. I ultimately decided to replace the AC condenser, coil and furnace since 2 other companies I contacted said the AC system was bad and the furnace was old. Zhenis felt the most straightforward and non-salesy in this process.The price quoted was competitive and the communication was great. No pressure or upselling of any kind.They just completed the install today and my tenant was very happy with their professionalism. They vacuumed and cleaned up after themselves, explained clearly to my tenant on how to change the filters and procedure for starting the system the first time. Very happy to have gone with this company!

Pavlo arrived before time, and did an excellent job of cleaning the blower and replacing filter of the HVAC. The before and after were worlds apart. He was also very patient in answering my questions. Dana at customer service was wonderful too and was very prompt with communications. Highly recommend!!
