- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Ezquerro Law Group we prefer flat rate billing with flexible payment plans as opposed to hourly fees. First, with a flat fee, the client knows exactly how much everything will cost. There's no question about how much money to set aside or how to budget for representation. Second, it means our clients don't have to worry about running up their tab if they want to call and chat about their case. When you hire us, you get us 24/7 for anything you need. We aim to be as straightforward and accessible as possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My office makes it a point to stay in contact with our clients. We have an open door policy so clients can stop by the office and be greeted by someone on our team. I personally like to meet with all potential clients to discuss their cases face to face. I believe everyone should be represented by an attorney they choose and feel comfortable with.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I interned at the Public Defenders Office while in law school. After graduating law school I worked for a firm exclusively practicing criminal defense for about eight years before and then I opened my own firm. I practice exclusively in State and Federal Court. I'm in court everyday-all day.
