- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fair and transparent, with no hidden fees. We tailor each quote to your project and keep you in the loop every step of the way. We also pass along any supplier discounts when we can.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to start by really listening to what you want and need, so we can make sure we’re on the same page. Then we put together a clear plan and estimate. Once you’re comfortable, we take care of everything from design to permits to the actual work and keep you in the loop the whole time. Our goal is to make it an easy, stress-free experience and leave you truly happy with the end result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Between me and Evy, we’ve spent years working hands-on in construction, design, and project management. We’ve learned a ton from real-world experience, working side by side with skilled trades. On top of that, we’re constantly keeping up with new materials, techniques, and code requirements to make sure we bring the best to each project.
