FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is customized based on scope, timeline, and level of support needed. I offer both one-time consultations and full-service design for homeowners and short-term rental properties. Typical investment ranges: • Design Consultation (2 hours): $250 • Single Room Design Packages: $2,500–$5,000+ • Full Home or Vacation Rental Projects: $10,000–$30,000+ For full-service projects, procurement and project management are quoted separately depending on the level of involvement. This ensures you only pay for the support you actually need. I’m always transparent about costs upfront so there are no surprises along the way.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I keep the process clear, organized, and collaborative from start to finish. We begin with an inquiry form and discovery call to understand your space, goals, timeline, and budget. From there, I create a customized proposal and guide you through onboarding. Once we begin, I develop the design direction through moodboards, layouts, and curated selections. After refining and finalizing the design, I handle sourcing and provide support through implementation, including purchasing, coordination, and styling. The process is structured but flexible, so you always know what’s happening next without feeling overwhelmed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background blends design instinct, psychology, and real-world hospitality experience. I’ve completed training through Sunny Bae’s Aspiring Designer Blueprint and Andrea Tru’s Concept SketchUp Course, and I continue to build my expertise through hands-on projects and ongoing industry learning. I also serve on the Programming Committee of ASID (American Society of Interior Design). Professionally, I come from a brand marketing and consumer insights background, which gives me a unique edge in designing spaces that not only look beautiful, but function well for real people.
