- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard notarizations start at $15 per signature, with additional fees for travel based on distance. Loan signings and bulk services are available at package rates. I also provide military, senior, and repeat-client discounts upon request. You’ll always know the total cost before the appointment — no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My goal is to make your experience smooth and stress-free. After receiving your request, I confirm the details, review the type of documents involved, and schedule a convenient time and location. I verify your ID, ensure your documents are correctly completed, and walk you through the signing process with professionalism and care.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a commissioned California Notary Public and a certified Loan Signing Agent, having received training from the National Notary Association. I'm also a licensed Loan Officer and Real Estate agent. My background includes extensive experience in client services, meticulous attention to detail, and over two decades of professional discipline, having served in the U.S. Navy.
