- May 2018 Update - Did I mention that Connie is absolutely amazing? Oh that's right, I did, almost 2 years ago. Since she first arrived at our home in October 2016, she has been an incredible positive force in our household! Most recently, she did a fantastic job on our linen/everything closets and I am forever grateful, as always! The time just flies by and she will customize her approach to whatever you need. I don't know how she does it but I'm so glad she does! xoxo ------------- Where do I even begin?! Connie is absolutely amazing. In 4 hours, she wrangled the disaster of my bedroom, the unpacked-ness of my front room, and finished off in the kitchen! Every piece of clothing I owned was on my bed and she made quick work of it! Not only was she upbeat, positive, and completely judgement-free but her attitude and demeanor made the time fly by and it was actually fun! Even my boyfriend, who is NOT one to clean and organize, was inspired to help. I have two small dogs who aren't the friendliest to strangers and she was patient with them and then of course they fell in love with her. I'm looking forward to having her back to tackle some linen closet organizing. Hire Connie, you will NOT be disappointed!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My sessions are minimum 3hours and kept under 6 hours and are billed hourly - I accept Venmo, cash or check in order to be as flexible for the client as possible- I keep a loose 60mi radius from Riverside and bill $20/session to haulaway any donations to Goodwill (as it fits in my vehicle)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally I like to speak to a potential client and set up a walk through of their project in order to visualize their needs and begin to determine solutions and time frames for completion- I've also provided estimates from pictures the client provides saving them the consultation fee and time
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a life long "organized person" and am currently working on my certification thru NAPO (National Association of Professional Organizers) of which I am a member - I currently hold the Residential Oranizing Specialist cert with NAPO
