Connie is amazing and a life saver! For various reasons outside of my control, I had 5 years of built up clutter in every room in my apartment. I was no longer going to be able to tackle the challenge on my own and so called in Connie for help. And help she did! Some days we worked together to tackle rooms and some days I had to be at work and she talked spaces for me. She is super professional, trustworthy, reliable, and also kind, fun and funny. I enjoyed her company and was always shocked at how quickly time flew each day because tackling tasks with her was entertaining and motivating. I went from an apartment of cluttered chaos to the now beautifully organized because of her! I am happy and at peace now when I walk in my front door and am enjoying having friends over again. I can't thank her enough for all that she did and definitely give her my highest recommendation!!!

Connie was fantastic to work with. All of her communications were prompt, professional, warm, and it was clear early on that she really puts in a lot of efforts for her clients and prospects. She studied pictures of my clutter, suggested organization items, and scheduled me. She then organized the entire house (minus kitchen and no garage) in just TWO sessions. She arrived on time both times and immediately went to work. My daughter loved her new room after Connie fixed it up, too. Connie's care and attention to detail was so nice. She even fixed a broken cabinet door unprompted. I'll absolutely be hiring Connie regularly from now on.

Connie was excellent and helped me clean out a room that became an office/guest room/collection of everything random stuffed in closets and drawers and it is now purged and organized into a functional office and guest room! She is coming back late in month to tackle another project!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My sessions are minimum 3hours and kept under 6 hours and are billed hourly - I accept Venmo, cash or check in order to be as flexible for the client as possible- I keep a loose 60mi radius from Riverside and bill $20/session to haulaway any donations to Goodwill (as it fits in my vehicle)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally I like to speak to a potential client and set up a walk through of their project in order to visualize their needs and begin to determine solutions and time frames for completion- I've also provided estimates from pictures the client provides saving them the consultation fee and time
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a life long "organized person" and am currently working on my certification thru NAPO (National Association of Professional Organizers) of which I am a member - I currently hold the Residential Oranizing Specialist cert with NAPO
