Chris was really fun to work with. He was patient and very personable. He works around busy schedules. He really knows how to help and has many years of experience. He tells right away if you are doing a good job or correct you if you are wrong. My first session was really great, he brought a few props and we started right away. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?YES, CERTIFIED TRAINERS HAVE CONTINUING EDUCATION CLASSES TO COMPLETE. ALSO, I SEEK OTHER CERTIFICATIONS SUCH AS WORKING WITH SENIORS, INJURY & PAIN, JOINT & SPINE (SCOLIOSIS), MUSCULOSKELETAL CORRECTIVE METHODS, AND POSTNATAL.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I WAS 250 LBS, DEPRESSED, NO ENERGY, WITH BACK PAIN. I WAS STRONG, BUT NOT HEALTHY. ASK ME TO RUN A MILE AND WAS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. I STARTED GETTING INTO YOGA, JUICING, AND SPORTS MEDICINE-REHABILITATON. THEN INVOLVED KUNG FU/KICK BOX, TAI CHI MEDITATION, AND FUNCTIONAL PROFESSIONAL ATHLETICS.
