I’ve had three personal trainers in the last few years… and Ty is hands down the best one. He listened to me when discussing my body goals and held me accountable for them. He also does regular body composition tests and food planning. Plus…the sessions are intense, so you see RESULTS 🍑 I cried tears of happiness after many PRs! I highly recommend him if you’re in the San Diego area lookin for some gainz!

I came to Ty because I wanted to feel more confident when I’m solo at the gym and I haven’t turned back since. He is (most of the time) one of the best trainers I’ve had that has been consistent and when you feel like giving up, he’ll give you the reasons why you shouldn’t. He makes working out fun and comparing how I was when I started June 2020 until now, reflects how great of a trainer and overall great person he is to be around. He’s beyond flexible and will find a way to work with everyone and their needs. Disclaimer: don’t listen to him when he says “one more rep” 😂

I reached out to ty because I was exercising and needed someone to make sure that my form was correct. Not only was ty early .. he was fantastic . I told him what my goals were and after walking me through a bunch of exercises … he took the time to send me a workout regiment . I will follow his plan for a while and call him again for a check up !

I have hourly, weekly, & monthly packages (with free sessions). - Military (active duty/reservists/veterans) - Military spouses - Personal Training (single) - Group Fitness Training (2-4 clients) - Boot Camp Classes (15 person max) - Powerlift Preparation

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Depends on the personality and goals someone is looking to attain... I’d offer a free, no-obligation fitness session so you can get a feel for my style of training. I’d, also, prepare a fitness assessment (body measurements, BMI) to determine someone’s current fitness level.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
