I work 40+ hours throughout the week, and Doctor Miron is flexible with my schedule while also offering high-quality manual therapy and strength training! Since I work so often, I love mixing up my routine when I can, and he finds fun and creative ways to keep me engaged while making sure my technique and form is proper and injury-free. Thanks for giving me treatment when I need it after a long week, making sure I am progressing in my training, and reliving my athlete days!

Miron and Alyssa of Prevention Werx are so awesome!! My hubby and I received training from them at our home in the driveway (since pandemic) - it's been great! They have really fun workouts, bring the equipment we need, and we're really great with making sure we learned how to maintain proper form. Loved our time with them! 100% recommend them!

Dr. Miron has helped me tremendously over the last three months. I started working with Dr. Miron just two weeks after having a major neck surgery to fix a herniated disc. Prior to starting PT with Dr. Miron I had terrible neck, shoulder and arm pain and muscle atrophying in my lat, pec and forearm. In just three months working with Dr. Miron I am now almost completely pain free and have regained a ton of strength and muscle lost from the neck injury. For a hobbyist athlete like myself, the value of working with a physical therapist trained in sports rehabilitation is unparalleled. I’ve been working with Miron for 5 month and am amazed with my results. I started with him in hopes of building a better physique. That is happening and much more! I have lost 20lbs and my belt size is down two notches. With Miron’s unique combination of strength, core, and balance training most of my hip and back pain are gone. I look forward to more results and continued progress.

Miron is an incredible physical therapist and trainer. I have been working out consistently for years, but began to plateau. I wanted to take my strength to the next level, but also get rid of shoulder pain that I had been dealing with for months. Within weeks I was pain free and stronger on all my lifts. The workouts were fun and engaging and I could tell they were truly tailored to my individual needs.
