The apartment in Little Italy was great. I loved the well equipped kitchen stocked with plenty of dishes, pots, and the standard oils and spices. The apartment had everything I needed during my stay, including washer/drier, etc. Little Italy is a fun and safe neighborhood. Highly recommended and I will be back again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
What do you charge? 20% of short-term accommodation fare. 15% floor on true furnished monthly. $500 onboarding, withheld from the first payout — not a surprise invoice. We do not optimize our percentage at the expense of what you take home.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
What does full-service actually include? Listing and photography, pricing, Airbnb / VRBO / Booking.com / Google / direct, guest screening and 24/7 support, cleaning and maintenance coordination, restocking, compliance, owner reporting. You are not opening a ticket with a call center.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Who do I actually talk to? A small senior team. Mike Corrales founded Allura in 2013. You will know who is in your home and feel secure that it's protected. This is boutique management, not a queue.
