My dad was an old guard type of guy and unfortunately he passed without any arrangements, plans or a will. I was referred to The Lawyer in Blue Jeans group by a friend. They helped me probate my dads estate and even offered services to help with my moms estate planning.Estate planning for my mom:Adam made this one of the easiest processes ever. He spoke with my mom and was very focused on helping her. He made my mom feel very at ease and told her that everything in regards to her planning and arrangements is a smart decision on her part. My mom will be able to live well and be rest assured that her affairs are all in order. Thanks Adam for the great service and support provided.Probate of my dads estate:Great firm with a great team! Adam, Christina and Cortney are great to work with. They are all proactive, work with a sense of urgency, attentive to my needs in terms of questions being answered ( I obviously have never dealt with probate ) and were in constant communication for any matters that required my attention. I was told that I was going know how a person should make plans after they pass on and believe me I am! The intake protocol was easy and they started with my case immediately.While the average probate cases in California take 6-18 months mine would have been done in lest than 11 but there was a slight set back on my familys end NOT the firms fault at all. My case will be about 13 months because I decided to go a different route on how to handle my dads estate. I was informed by the team every step of the way from the petitions to critical documents sent/received by the court. I cant fathom someone doing this by themselves unless they have a legal background in law practice. If youre looking for an estate planning firm enlist their services with full confidence.

Went to a seminar Justin was holding it was entertaining but very informative and to the point. We decided to go with Justin and have a family trust made. Was relatively easy. They were a phone call away to answer questions. When we went in Mr. Hess was very patient with us and explained the trust, and answered any questions we had. Everyone we talked to in the office during this process was friendly and very professional .. Outstanding Experience!! Thank you..
