Overall I'm pleased to have hired Carlos and CM Solar to install my PV Solar system. I did research for several months on the different installers around town and after meeting Carlos I felt comfortable and confident he and his team would do a good job. With all the negative things you hear about other installers, I felt it was necessary to do the deep research on the various companies around town.Carlos was attentive and informative from our 1st meeting. He was quick to respond either by email, text or phone call whenever I had a question. Su and Bobby were also attentive during the administration side of the process. I did NOT experience ANY of the delays or hold ups I've read about others were experiencing with their installs dealing with other companies. The whole process took a matter months from the loan application, plans being submitted with the County, the proper forms being filed with SDGE, to installation and eventually getting the system turned on. I needed a panel upgrade and even that went faster and smoother than expected. There was an issue with panel supply and delivery but that was more of a SunPower issue and not a CM Solar issue. Carlos came up with an acceptable solution to keep the process moving. My process happened mid to late 2022, the tail end of the Covid shutdown and supply shortages and things still seemed to have gone smoother and quicker than expected.I tried to recommend CM Solar to some of my friends and they chose to go with other companies. Their experience was not as smooth nor as quick as my process was with CM Solar. I realize every situation is different.I purposefully wanted to go with SunPower panels based on their reviews and the research I did on the different panel manufacturers. CM Solar is a SunPower authorized installer.I purposefully waited a little over a year to write my review to see how my energy generation and billing would be affected after having the system installed. Once again, I'm please knowing the monthly payment I'm making is going towards the purchase of my panels and not to SDGE. Carlos and his team designed a properly sized system and found me a loan that worked with my budget.I'm pleased I went with CM Solar for my SunPower PV Solar system install.

We have had a long experience with C&M Solar. Are issue was with the inverter they installed was defective, they worked over and over again until the issue was resolved. Josh their new Customer Service Technician worked relentlessly to resolve our issue with the inverter company and install a new inverter. The company has always been professional and has always come out when we have called for service. Thank you C&M Solar.

I had a great experience with the CM Solar team.First I was really excited when I found out they had premium SunPower equipment that I wanted.Then I was worried because I was in Big Bear 2.5 hours away.They assured me they could handle it and it all went very smoothly.Su handled all the forms and paperwork with the utilities so all I had to do was sign.They sent a four man crew to do the install and completed it two days and passed inspection the next day.Their crew was kind and considerate, cleaned up well and did great work.I will refer them to family and friends.Jeff Shugarman
