Introduction: Hi! I am a passionate yoga teacher and health coach. I teach yoga classes in studios as well as privates and events, and would love to tailor a class to your needs, be this a prenatal, postnatal, gentle, vinyasa or power flow. As a health coach, we will work together in achieving your goals, looking at your health in a holistic way and putting in motion a change to better your overall lifestyle. I did a gentle flow yoga class with Tefi and it was my first class postpartum. I felt amazing afterwards. Her voice and instructing style made me feel fully relaxed. As a pelvic floor physical therapist, I recognize the amazing benefits of yoga. Gentle yoga is a great way to get back into movement and activity postpartum and is even better during pregnancy to relax and lengthen the pelvic floor to prepare for birth. She has a beautiful and easygoing personality. She teaches private in-home one on one yoga as well as classes at LoveStrong Wellness in Rancho Bernardo and Mello Yoga in Poway. If you need a trustworthy, dependable, and easy-to-connect with yoga instructor, Tefi is your person!

Tefi is so uplifting, empowering, supportive, and wonderful. I love her Parent & Me classes! She gives me a sense of calmness and the uplift I need, not only for myself but also for being the best mom I can be. My son loves it too! She’s so kind with making it a practical practice for my lifestyle and including my toddler. Thanks to her, I’m able to expose him to yoga early in life, which I’ve always wanted to do. Thanks, Tefi!!
