With Jim's help I learned how to run my business instead of my business running me. Jim has been my business consultant for the past four years, during this time I saw my income increase each year, with Jim's help my business has more than doubled. I now have up to date & correct P&L's, Standard Operating Procedures, Points of Sale. These were all terms I knew nothing about before Jim. Not complicated... tiered pricing for monthly retainers based on hours and services needed. Project plans are based on a % down, % more at agreed upon progress point, and the remaining % and $$ at completion..

I have a degree and also graduated from an invite only Executive Management Program at USC's Marshall School of Business. I still read and learn every day about business and the latest in marketing,tech, operational trends...
