- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing defends on the complexity of the case and every case is different. Typically I charge a flat fee which is paid at the beginning of the case.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I have a short telephone call with a potential client. I'll gather some basic information and then schedule a free in person interview at one of my offices. Client will come to my office and we will discuss the case in more detail. If we both agree that I'll defend the case we will sign a contract and I'll get paid with a check, credit card or cash.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a board certified specialist in criminal law by the State Bar of California. Only 1% of attorneys in California have this designation.
