- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is always fair and up front. You will not be surprised by any costs or fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer I offer a free consultation to go over your situation. I will give you as much information about how your case could play out, give you the price for my attorney fees, and answer any follow up questions you may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Apart from consistently keeping up with new and changing laws related to the criminal justice system, I participate in continuing legal education on a monthly basis to make sure my clients receive up to date advice.
