Always starts with a detailed phone conversation Have customer send pictures when applicable Set date and time for job and/or consultation Perform the job as agreed upon with client Give progress reports and/or review what was done After both parties are in agreement that all work was done to their complete satisfaction - a prompt payment is happily accepted ...
