Here is the 5-star review I promised you.
Would not use again, ever. To Trystannes point: Note they have a 2 hour minimum PER ELECTRICIAN. I got an invoice for $700 to climb a ladder and flip a switch (this was inconvenient for the installer, he earned it, too bad he only is an employee).
Tryanstanne went from a happy go lucky, lovely sweet person to an extremely bitter person (0-100 real quick). The first day, the installer came and said: "I need to go to the roof", the second day "I need 2 people, 1 to hold the ladder. Sure I agreed, didn't read the little fine print on Trystannes e-mail, that she mentioned over the phone "you didn't understand our minimum, that's not our fault..."
When she offered to remove $100 for needed to come back a second day because they needed a ladder her response was: "why are you laughing, I can remove the discount... I don't need to do this for you". This is sugar-coated, but here is the 5-star review I promised you! Goodluck!
