I filled out the form here on Thumbtack for the work I needed to have done but I also called Tristanne in the office to explain that I needed an exhaust fan but in a bathroom that had never had one before. She rescheduled to a day when I could have two guys working. They came, did a great job and also connected me with a dry waller who will patch the walls. It was a great experience all around and I will definitely call them again.

Details: No, the location does not have an existing fan or light fixture • Bath exhaust • Greater than 8 feet high

Installed an exhaust fan from a 1984 model to a modern one. Everything works great, features are connected. Very professional and courteous. Would recommend and hire again.

Details: Fixture or outlet not working • Wiring • Circuit breaker panel or fuse box • 8 - 10 feet (standard ceiling) • Condo/Apartment

Here is the 5-star review I promised you. Would not use again, ever. To Trystannes point: Note they have a 2 hour minimum PER ELECTRICIAN. I got an invoice for $700 to climb a ladder and flip a switch (this was inconvenient for the installer, he earned it, too bad he only is an employee). Tryanstanne went from a happy go lucky, lovely sweet person to an extremely bitter person (0-100 real quick). The first day, the installer came and said: "I need to go to the roof", the second day "I need 2 people, 1 to hold the ladder. Sure I agreed, didn't read the little fine print on Trystannes e-mail, that she mentioned over the phone "you didn't understand our minimum, that's not our fault..." When she offered to remove $100 for needed to come back a second day because they needed a ladder her response was: "why are you laughing, I can remove the discount... I don't need to do this for you". This is sugar-coated, but here is the 5-star review I promised you! Goodluck!

Details: Fixture or outlet not working • 10 - 14 feet (high ceiling) • Commercial

Please note: Ratings have an upward bias. I originally posted a “1” rating with the following comment: “Ridiculous one size fits all pricing. Alert: $250 minimum charge!” But, have been barraged — harassed! — by the company to change my rating. I never hired them, so can’t speak to the quality of their work, but if they dedicate as much energy and persistence to their jobs as they do the their ratings, no doubt they are “five star.”
