- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We never charge for consultations, and we work on a contingency basis—if we don’t win, no fees are owed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet our clients, in person or telephonically depending on the circumstances, ensure that their general health following their accident is okay, set them up with immediate medical treatment if necessary, and immediately file appropriate claims and beginning workup on their cases.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Undergraduate degree from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA); Southwestern School of Law, Los Angeles. Our firm partners have worked the insurance defense side for many years until switching sides to advocate for the injured worker. We have an advantage with this experience which benefits our clients to maximize their settlement amounts.
