- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge no fees for my services or for subsequent follow-up meetings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is to interview the potential client and conduct a thorough financial needs analysis. In accordance with the new Department of Labor rules, I provide recommendations in accordance with the best interests of the client in addition to appropriate recommendations. Prospective clients that utilize my services, large or small, will have access to me at least once a year or more if necessary for reviews.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am licensed by FINRA for variable products and the California Insurance Commissioner for fixed products.
