- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Justin Hsiang is a bilingual attorney experienced in civil litigation and specializes in immigration, commercial, corporate, real estate and tax laws. Attorney Hsiang graduated from Boston College with a B.S. in business management/finance and received his J.D. from Boston College Law School where he focused his coursework studies on Federal Income Taxation. Mr. Hsiang regularly evaluates U.S. tax law issues and implications for Chinese companies registered as a branch office vis-a-vis organized as a subsidiary company within the United States. New immigrants also consult Mr. Hsiang about compliance with FATCA and FBAR reporting requirements.
