- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are happy to work with you on a fee structure that fits your needs and budget. Our fee structures include both hourly, and fixed fees. We want to keep working with our clients so our goal is to always provide good value for our services and a fee structure that works for your business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically a client reaches out for a free consultation to discuss the work and determine if we are a good fit for the job. The next step is to send our client our engagement agreement which covers the scope of work and how we bill for the work. We are always happy to answer questions about working with us so please give us a call!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with customers across many different industries and at all stages of their businesses. We have worked with graphic designers, chefs, cafe and restaurant owners, bike tech product companies, hair salons, wedding photographers, app developers, and plenty more. We assist businesses with everything a business might need such as selecting and forming a business entity, financing a business, hiring an independent contractor or employee, selling and purchasing assets, purchasing a business, founder and partner disputes, and dissolving or selling a business.
