I am a warm, sensitive, and empathic person who has dedicated her life to helping others. I have 40 years of experience working as a psychotherapist, psychologist, psychoanalyst, teacher, vocational counselor, and life coach. I am also a mother and a wife with a great deal of practical life experience. I have lived in the US and Mexico, which has given me a deep understanding of American and Latino cultures. I can conduct therapy in English and Spanish.
My goal is to help, and sometimes rescue, couples who love each other but are having challenges coping with the differences between them.
I like to help women or men to build a relationship that makes them feel good about themselves and each other.
I am offering a 30% discount and will be charging 100 dlls for individual therapy and 200 for couples therapy.
What sort of people could use my help?
People who would love to enjoy their lives more and who hope to have better relationships: people of all ages, genders, and sexual orientations. I also help mothers and fathers learn how to be better parents. Sometimes both people in a couple may not feel ready to see me together. I find that in that situation, it can be very helpful for the couple if one of them sees me individually.
In addition to working with couples and parents, I see individuals in therapy who need help with many issues. My personal experiences of loss have also given me expertise and a particular degree of empathy for helping people who are suffering from grief and loss.
My approach is practical, hands-on, and collaborative.
My fees:
• For once a month sessions: $250 per session
• For once a week sessions: $120 per session
