Teresa Roliz was an incredible help to my family during some very stressful legal situations. She assisted both of my sons with family court paperwork—one for a divorce case and another for child custody matters—and she also helped guide us through preparing documents when there was a contempt issue in a custody order. Thanks in large part to the paperwork she helped us prepare, my son was able to successfully prevail on the contempt matter.
Teresa works in the capacity of a paralegal and legal document preparer, so she cannot give legal advice like an attorney, but she is extremely knowledgeable about court paperwork and procedures. She helped us organize everything properly and explained complicated legal language in a way we could easily understand.
Attorneys can charge $500+ per hour, so starting with Teresa is incredibly helpful to determine what paperwork is needed and whether hiring an attorney is truly necessary. Her services are very reasonable, and she is honest and transparent.
She does get busy, so sometimes it may take a little time for her to return a call, but when she does, she takes the time to really listen and make sure you understand everything.
My sons and I are very grateful for all her help. If I could give her 100 stars, I would. I highly recommend Teresa to anyone who needs help preparing court paperwork.

If there was Michelin rating for Paralegals as there is for Restaurants Ms. Roliz would definitely exceed the highest rating in every category. I was very impressed with her engaging personality and attentiveness to my legal matter for which I needed her skills to format and editing.
I was very impressed how she quickly understood the issue for which I was addressing. This was important to me; because I felt very comfortable in letting her use and trusted her discretion and that my legal issue would be addressed and would not be compromised. When I sent Ms. Roliz my final draft - Her performance and the speed in which she returned my court ready filing was truly incredible!
