- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, I charge a flat fee for all of my services. For Immigration processes, we can also do payment plans. For uncontested divorces, the price can range from $1000 to $2500 depending on the needs of the case (such as, are there custody/visitation issues, community property division issues to address, etc.)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer $50 in-person consultations to learn about their specific issues and so that I may tell them how I can assist with their process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 16 years of experience working in the legal field as a paralegal. I am qualified through education, training and work experience to assist public consumers representing themselves in legal matters by preparing and processing the necessary legal documents. I received my paralegal certificate in 2003.
