Arkady represented me in a wrongful termination/civil rights violation case. Specifically it was a religious and political discrimination case.It was a 4 year long battle and Arkady never gave up on me even though at times it appeared there was no light at the end of the tunnel. Pricing is flexible and it depends on each case and each situation. Generally, the hourly rate for consultations and document review is $400.
Litigation defense is billed at $385 - $500 / hour depending on the nature and complexity of the case.
Many projects such as drafting and review of documents are done on a flat fee basis.
