My name is Joseph O’Hagan - I am 26 old and a passionate and knowledgeable kickboxing trainer in SF. Ive been training in mixed martial arts (boxing,kickboxing,jujitsu, muay thai) for the past 14 years. I started my martial arts journey in Ireland when i was 12 in an MMA gym and also in a k1 kickboxing gym, I continued training at the MMA gym and the kickboxing gym right up until i left for the states when i was 18. I continued my MMA journey here in San Francisco and began training muay thai, boxing, and dutch kickboxing simultaneously. I also actively compete in kickboxing and muay thai and mma and have a total of 10 amateur fights across muay thai, kickboxing, and MMA, so i know what it takes mentally, physically, and spiritually to transform your body and mind through a detailed training program and countless coordinated reps. I have been a kickboxing coach at The Panhandle in San Francisco for the past year and a half - teaching the basics to busy professionals who dont have a lot of time to train due to busy schedules and need an experienced coach like me to teach them a good foundation and work around their busy time schedule all at once.
