I offer a wide range of services for individual adults, couples, and women as a psychotherapist/expressive arts therapist, astrologer, and Holotropic Breathwork-certified practitioner. I provide individual and group sessions, as well as trainings.
My work is the result of more than 20 years of experience in the fields of self-transformation, creative expression, and spiritual growth in a variety of cultural settings. I provide a strong and permissive space/container for clients to unravel who they authentically are.
My origin as a Mexican woman and experience living and working in different countries gives me an in-depth understanding to the immigrant experience, mixed-race couples, diversity consciousness, as well as flexibility to work with different cultural contexts. I offer work in Spanish
and English.
