- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At West Coast Sound Solutions, our pricing reflects the quality of materials, labor, and treatment. We work hard to ensure every estimate is accurate and tailored to the specific needs of your project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with an ititial converstation to understand your concerns, goals, and the scope of the project. From there, we schedule an on-site visit (starting at $150 which will be credited towards project when moving forward) with one of our sound specialist to assess the space and evaluate any conditions that may impact work. We then prepare your itemized estimate for review and answer any questions so you feel confident moving forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In additon to formal training related to construction, much of our expertise comes from years of hands on field experience working directly on soundproofing and specialty construction projects. Over time, we have developed a deep understanding of installation methods, building assemblies and real-world application. We also work closely with manufacturers, reviewing technical data, testing reports to ensure best practices are followed!
