Introduction: Hello! My name is Denelle and I am a professional yoga and meditation teacher based in San Francisco, CA.
With more than a decade of experience teaching yoga and mindfulness to students just like you, I offer an authentic and intentional perspective to your experience both on the yoga mat and on the meditation cushion.
Since movement is my biggest passion, I love to guide students through an intelligent and exploratory yoga asana sequence while incorporating mindfulness and real-life lessons into the practice.
Expect a well-thought out practice, customized to your individual needs and designed to leave you feeling your best!
In addition to my yoga studies, I have an MBA, a love of travel and an impassioned zest for life. I am available to teach private or small group sessions. I look forward to meeting you on the mat.

She makes the session challenging but supports you in all the difficult poses and encourages you to push yourself. I have done things that I just didn’t have the confidence that my body could do given her encouragement and support.

Denelle was a pleasure to work with. I've been going to yoga classes about once a week for a few years now just at my local gym, but have never had specialized instruction. I was looking to improve flexibility and get specific pointers on pose alignment.
Denelle responded promptly and we quickly settled on a time. She started by asking me a few questions about my yoga background and what I was looking for before starting the session. The session was challenging, but not uncomfortably so. Denelle performs a good amount of on-hand assists that help deepen stretches and activate muscles that could be more engaged.
I definitely recommend Denelle for anyone looking for a 1:1 class, small group session, or corporate event. Looking forward to working with her again!
