My refrigerator broke and I called another guy. All I got was"I'm busy, call me next week, sorry I didn't get over there like we planned, " etc. Then called the number recommended by the factory for repairs. They offered to send someone out, not a technician, who would basically just make sure it was plugged in, then schedule another guy to come and actually repair, each visit $175 an hour. 3 weeks with no refrigerator waiting for a repair tech. Then I tried All Appliance Repair. He got here in 2 hours, had the needed parts, fixed it within an hour, charged less than half of the other guys.
