Introduction: Melinda is experienced in lawyering and legal counseling. She holds B.A. in International Business, and juris doctor degree. Melinda started her legal career in 1999, participating in preparation for commercial disputes and intellectual property infringement law suits. Moving forward, she worked with a business company assisting the formation of product purchase and sale contracts, service agreements, software distribution agreements while simultaneously pursuing her J.D. degree. Over time, her practice has shifted to focus on immigration law, crossover corporation law and family law crossover estate planning. She has successfully represented many clients from different origins, nations and races, individuals and organizations to overcome the legal barriers and reach their designated objectives. Melinda is now affiliated and works with the Law Offices of Susana Hamilton and the Law Offices of Arthur Tan who are experienced litigators and counselors.
