- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in straightforward pricing with no surprises. Our estimates are free, detailed, and broken down line by line so you know exactly what you are paying for. We do not believe in hidden fees or last-minute change orders. We offer: Free in-home estimates Competitive pricing and price-match consideration for similar scope and equipment 5% senior and veteran discounts Financing options available for qualified customers Help with all available rebates and tax credits, including utility rebates and federal heat pump credits We also include permit and rebate paperwork on most installations, so customers do not have to deal with it themselves.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free consultation by phone or message to understand what problems you are having and what type of system you are interested in. We schedule a free in-home visit where we inspect your existing system, ductwork, electrical, and home layout. We provide a detailed written estimate with different options based on your goals and budget. Once you approve the project, we order equipment, pull permits if needed, and schedule the installation. After installation, we test the system, explain how everything works, help register warranties, and handle rebate paperwork. We stay in touch throughout the entire process and make sure you always know what is happening.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has more than 20 years of combined experience in HVAC sales, design, installation, and project management. We have worked with some of the top HVAC companies in California before starting All-Pro Heat Pump Solutions. We specialize in: Heat pump systems Central air conditioning Furnaces Ductwork design Mini-split systems California energy efficiency and rebate programs We stay up to date on new equipment, installation methods, code requirements, and rebate programs. We are also an official Carrier dealer and work with high-efficiency systems from Carrier and other major brands.
