Our furnace was blowing cold air. Rafe came the same day and fixed the issue right away. He even took the time to go in the crawl space and identify issues that I had with the ducting. Not pushy at all and very professional. We will definitely be calling again.

I was able to schedule an appointment and within few hour a technician knocked my door. This was really amazing taking into consideration it was in the middle of heatwave weather.Servando inspected the AC and fixed the problem in 30 min. It was amazing! Everything was within budget though we did not discussed repair work, just an inspection.Truly super service, I highly recommend it.

My almost 20 year old heater furnace has been working , but not completely reliable'Made Simple came to check it out. Servando and his assistant Jose inspected my system (HVAC all elements) and gave me a full explanation including photos and videos of what the problems were. They did clean up and fix some parts that improved the reliability temporarily. I have proceeded with the company to apply for rebates with the amazing help of Cesar Diaz and if those rebates go through, I can proceed with complete new installation for new HVAC system.So far I have received excellent service and customer care.
